To Book and Cancel an Appointment
How to Book or Cancel:
To book you may call, text, email or book online though the book now button on this website.
You can only book online for an appointment 24 hrs or more in advance.
For same day appointments please contact the clinic directly.
When booking online we will need to obtain some personal information. This information will not be seen by anyone other then the RMT or the clinics employees and used solely for the purpose of booking your treatment/creating your patient profile.
To cancel you may do so though your profile. Which you can access though clicking the book now button and logging in. You can only cancel online 72 hours in advance. Less notice will require you to contact the clinic directly, Via email.
We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This will allow us to accommodate another client on the wait list.
If less then 24 hours is given our cancellation a fee will be charged. This fee is outlined in the initial paper work. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the clinic.
Know, we appreciate that there can be circumstances in which 24 hrs. notice is not possible. We take each cancellation case by case and will do our best to work with you if those situations do arise.
